A: Average lead time is 60-75 days, but the specific term depends on the quantity that customer need.

A: Payment generally is T/T or L/C, and it can be discussed.

A: Generally,trade term is FOB Taiwan, but it usually depends on customer' requirement.

Q6. Do we offer free sample?

A: Yes, we offer the free sample in OEM, ODM, and OBM,with some conditions.

Q7. How to prove our high quality ?

A: First, hand tool's process chain is mature in Taiwan,and our prodcuts which have rigorously manufacturing procdure are all made in Taiwan. Second, we actively provide the sample in the cooperation of OEM, ODM, and OBM. Third, we have great guarantee term to support our agent or distribu-tor. Finally, we have certification in ISO standard and award from govermant.
